Nary a day goes by that I don't think of Doug ... more than once most days.

There are so many projects I would have liked to finish or get into as our time went on but, of course, it did not. Many of them are just not as much fun or as satisfying doing them on my own :-(

For Linux/Unix developer who do stuff on remote hosts with ssh, "screen" might be a handy tool, especially for long-running remote tasks (downloads, conversions, etc.).

In spite of some "experts" on the net who assert that no one has
discovered a way to silver plate (electro or otherwise) using AgNO 3 ,
this method works rather well to restore worn or damaged silver
plated flatware.
