This guy has written some software that seems to handle most of the issues of blasting a fairly sharp risetime pulse into a PC soundcard, and doing pulse energy analysis of it.
It's claimed to be reasonably cross platform.
Wonder if we can get him to spring loose the source code....So I can do it with my DAW hardware instead of a dumb soundcard.
