Been putting this beast together over the last week
Another Epay bunch of specials Gallileo backing pump d12, Leybold 450l/s turbo various clamps and vac fittings all off epay
Main chamber made in our workshop.
made for up to three different films in one go
film thickness monitor and shutter and heated sample holder still to go in.
Unit is under roughing vac only at this stage to keep it dry
