I found this useful, because I've got so many igbts now I figured on using some for something. I really don't like that turnoff tail they exhibit for HV supply kinds of things (which makes them fragile if you don't pay close attention to snubbing current till that is over with), but maybe I'll make an induction heater with some or similar.
