Linear amplifier design

Bold title that, but lookee here -- this rates that. This was perhaps one of the very most important papers I read during my development as an EE.
This came out in the then-free '80 National Applications Handbook, as an appendix. Although intended as a tutorial for other opamp designers,
the principles here are universal, the math is related to reality like you wish it would be in all papers, and until you understand this content,
I don't think you can call yourself an analog guy -- stronger words yet.

I won't sully this with any comments inside the content, but be aware that this will be referenced in many future discussions of amplifiers, as it
is the very basis and concepts required to discuss them intelligently.

I provide this in three formats to make sure you can read it. ODT is the best quality and the least bits.
Next in quality is MS word with the most.
Last is PDF -- hardly readable but still bigger!
