For once, this didn't look like something that will definitely take forever to exist in the world. Most of those "new battery tech" announcements seem like they would, they have too many "ifs" in them, and too little info on what they do have. This looked better than that. Potassium, eh? Nicer than lithium for costs if you don't care about weight (and I don't for my house) and water electrolyte, killer good. Now if they can just actually make some batteries! I could definitely stand to double my 20kwh hour set, more or less.
Posting as just me, not as the forum owner. Everything I say is "in my opinion" and YMMV -- which should go for everyone without saying.
