Not knowing you almost can't make something that black in the visible alone. If you could, making electricity from it all runs into - lower limit V of redder photons, and even photons in the high blue with twice the energy can't make 2 electron hole pairs, and if you even could let the cell voltage rise - now the red photons' electrons can't cross the junction... and so on, TL;DR.
