Making a mill drive

Postby Doug Coulter » Sun Aug 08, 2010 12:14 pm

This is not in the same league as a bunch of stuff Jerry has and is making -- but not all of us have reached his version of critical mass as machinists, and it's useful at a lower level.

Mill drive.

I am going back and adding some things on these forums from my old websites. There's a certain advantage to not typing it all in again, and a large one due to the fact that what was new then, has now been in actual use a couple years, so I know how well it worked out. This one worked out quite well for what it is. It's still in use, and I've not had to replace anything on it, it just works.

Like most other humans -- not everything I do works, but this did.
Posting as just me, not as the forum owner. Everything I say is "in my opinion" and YMMV -- which should go for everyone without saying.
