Here's the basic data aq software for the PC side. This lets you plot the incoming data in real time as you are running, so you can make sure the quality is good, and will also write a log file for later plotting by plotdat (also up here). While you can use these plots to analyze your data to a degree, the emphasis here is on showing you enough to make sure you're not clipping an a/d input, or getting silly numbers out of the counters.
I don't plan to change this unless someone tells me they need it changed. It does what I want just the way it is. Plotdat is the program I use for analysis.
