stuff like this goes into /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/somefile
for the ones named something.service
The actual programs in the case of tellem and tellme go into
/usr/bin/tell* and must be chmod 6711 (suid root and so on).

I wound up integrating all this with systemD as it started things in the
wrong order without it (broke working code - again). Since these need
network up before they can fly...systemd needs to be told that, unlike
the standard rc.local did.

Tellme will accept broadcasts from tellem(s) around your lan and edit
your /etc/hosts file. If it's heard from something in the last 2 minutes
or so, it'll be in that file. If something goes away, it'll remove it
from your hosts file. This is a dead sure and far faster name
resolution system for my lan. I even use it with ESP8266s (have C code
for that), raspberry pies and so on. Everything now just works.
